1 General

1.1 What company do you ship with?

We ship all our packages with Canada Post for Canadian shipments and Fedex for USA and international shipments.

1.2 When will my package arrive?

When your package has been shipped we will send you a tracking number to allow you to track where your package is and when it is estimated to arrive. Generally packages arrive within 3-7 business days but these times may vary.

1.3 Where are you located?

Boutique Boréale is located in the heart of old montreal on the corner of St-Laurent and Saint-Paul E. We have 2 entrances: 4 rue Saint-Paul E, H2Y1W2, Montréal, QC & 217 boul. St-Laurent, H2Y3T9, Montréal, QC.

1.4 What is your affiliation to Galerie Images Boréales?

The Boutique Boréale is an extension of the Gallery Images Boréales which has been operating for over 10 years. The boutique was opened as an extension of the gallery to showcase more artists and Canadian crafts.

1.5 I saw an item in your store but cannot find it online, is it available to order?

Although many of our items are online, there are some items that aren't due to thier unique nature. If you have seen an item in our store and cannot find it please send us an email at [email protected] with the details of the item you are looking for and a photo (if available) and we will do our best to help you.

1.6 What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are every day from 10am-6pm
